Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
In most cases, no. Sometimes, to prevent repeated accounts, the trial starts after adding a payment method, which is only charged when the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading to Pro unlocks features immediately. Downgrading to Shop applies from the next period.
