Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Verneer runs in the browser on desktop and phone and can be installed as an app with one tap. After the first visit it works offline.
Does it work for panel saws and CNC?
Yes. For panel and table saws the plan uses through-cuts, with the sequence and fence setting. For CNC it nests parts freely and accounts for the bit diameter.
Can I bring my existing cut lists?
Yes. Import cutting plan PDFs made in other programs, Excel sheets, CSV files, or paste a list of parts.
How does the free trial work?
Once you confirm your e-mail you get the full Pro plan for 30 days. Then choose a plan or stay on Free, which opens one full plan per week. No project is ever deleted.
What if the internet drops while I work?
Nothing is lost. Every change is saved on the device and synced when the connection returns.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period and your projects stay with you.
